Our Services

We’re here to help you

Day 2 Day Services

Have you ever experienced support from someone whose personality doesn’t mesh with yours?

Have you ever had support from someone who lacks the experience or skills to meet your needs?

Are you sick of having unfamiliar people instead of the stability of the same person?

Have you ever felt like no one cares enough to check just to say hello, how are you?

At Day 2 Day Services, we pride ourselves on being experienced enough to meet your needs and small enough to take the time to care.

Our directors have lived experience of disability and NDIS plans and have had many years of experience working directly with people from small children to older adults with a variety of disabilities, physical, mental, and emotional.

We know how important it is to you to be supported by people who understand you, who can meet your needs, and encourage building relationships that support you in whatever you require.

This is why we take the time to get to know you and what you want from a support worker and do our best to match the right person for you. We emphasise investing time to recruit and appropriately train our support workers to ensure we can meet your expectations before engaging with you.

Personal Care

Our support workers provide personalised assistance with all areas of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding, to help maintain and respect your independence and dignity. We can also assist you with your medication management and daily routine.

Community access

We can support you to build and maintain meaningful connections with your community. Accessing essential services, attending appointments, and engaging in community activities should never be a barrier.

Community access services aim to support you to engage in community activities of your choice, whether that be joining a club, having a coffee or lunch out, browsing through shops, attending events, exploring different social settings, walking in the park, or relaxing in the sunshine.

Whatever you wish to do we can support you to achieve it. Our focus is on promoting inclusion and personal growth in a diverse environment.

Domestic Care

Your home is your sanctuary, we all need a little help sometimes to keep it that way. Our support workers can provide you with assistance with household chores, such as cleaning, doing laundry, making beds, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.

If your garden needs a weeding or your lawns need mowing, we can help with this too. By taking care of these household tasks we aim to maintain your energy to focus on other areas of your life.

Let us worry about those tasks and support you to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.

Day Programs

It doesn’t matter where you are going it’s who you have beside you. Sharing an activity with like-minded people can make it feel like an adventure.

Our day programs offer a structured and supportive environment to engage in social, educational, and recreational activities. We can support you to enhance your skills or learn new ones such as cooking, gardening, art and crafts, and card or board games.

If you enjoy discovering the delights of our town and local areas, finding new places to eat, or love seeing a movie our group activities support you to build lasting friendships and provide a sense of belonging, unleashing your full potential.

Respite

Respite services offer temporary relief to caregivers of individuals with disabilities, allowing you to take a break while ensuring your loved ones receive the necessary care and support.

This can be provided in your own home whilst the caregiver goes away or we can work together to find the best destination for your loved one providing support with transportation arrangements, accommodation, meals, and activities and ensuring we match the right support worker to assist in all areas.

Everyone needs a break now and then, ensuring that your loved one is cared for is why we are here.
